Five friends heading to church had a scare when the car they were travelling in skidded at a traffic light junction near Taman Fortuna, Friday.
They were heading from K.K High School to Sacred Heart Church when the 17-year-old driver lost control of his Proton Saga car and rammed into a tree.
The impact caused the car to split in two (picture above).

If Raj Thackeray's "No Biharis" campaign in Mumbai was not enough, Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has now exhorted companies in the state to employ locals "not Biharis".
"We will not allow that factories are opened here in Satna and the workers that work there come from Bihar. We will not allow anyone to take the livelihood of our young people by giving it to others", he said in Satna on Friday.

Last year, the school's first as a member of the PIAA, the Wolverines won the District 12 Class A championship, moving on to the PIAA state tournament.
This year, it is their last as the school will be closing.
